To discover whether coaching could work for you, I offer a free 30-45 minute exploration session via Zoom. If you decide coaching isn’t a good fit, then that’s OK - coaching isn’t for everyone. Or it could be my style, which suits some people but not others. If I’m not the right coach for you, I can direct you to someone else.
