Group Coaching

There are time in our lives when finding our way can be tough. Sometimes we need a helping hand and a bit of direction.

Perhaps you want to change your career or you’ve been made redundant. You might be transitioning into a different stage of life (marriage, children, divorce, retirement), or want to work on your wellbeing, work-life balance or need a little encouragement to get fit.

Many of my clients turn to individual coaching to give them a sounding board, an external viewpoint, or a place to be themselves without worrying what others might think; often our friends or family want to give us advice and sometimes this isn’t that helpful.

Individual coaching can work really well - just read the feedback from my clients to find out. However, sometimes clients want (or need) to prioritise their hard earned cash on something else but are left needing support. This is where group coaching can come into play.

There are a number of benefits group coaching can bring: it’s cost effective as there will be around 10 people in your group so the fees per person are much lower. It can provide comfort learning that you are not alone, and others are going through similar challenges. Plus there can also be much wisdom in the room from so much lived experience. It can also offer networking opportunities and many people leave a programme with a new set of acquaintances, sometimes, even new friends.

If you think this type of coaching might be for you, then why not take a look at the Navigating Change Group Coaching programme and the pdf summary.
