Navigating Change Group Coaching Programme

“It has been a fantastic experience and I enjoyed it a lot. It has really helped me with my change journey and I highly recommend it to anyone who is going through a change.”

What is the Navigating Change programme all about?

The Navigating Change programme is run by three coaches (Charlotte Housden, Emma Fulton, Mark Alder) who provide a structured, supportive and appreciative approach to managing change.

At the heart is a model of change based on two years of academic research where Charlotte interviewed 100+ people in 27 countries, who were managing change in their work and lives. She analysed the results and identified factors that create successful and sustainable change, then turned these into a book called Swim Jump Fly.

So how does it work in practice?

The programme is run virtually (via Zoom) so you can join from the comfort of home, or your office. It consists of five workshops which last for two hours and 15 minutes each.

Sessions are facilitated by Charlotte, Emma and Mark and there will usually be about 15 or so others in the group, who will all be working towards their own goals. Previous participants have been shifting jobs, seeking new careers, going through life transitions or heading into retirement. Others were looking for help with work-life balance or wellbeing challenges they found hard to address alone.

During Navigating Change you’ll have opportunities to go through the change process step by step, reflect on your own, work with others, read sections of the book and undertake exercises in between workshops. The outcome will be clarity, self-awareness, a sense of direction, as well as self-coaching skills to help you navigate other changes in your life.

Next cohort programme dates:

The early Summer cohort will run from 12.00-14.15 (UK time/BST), from Monday 3rd June to Monday 8th July. There will be a two week gap between workshops 4 and 5 to work on your goals, so there won’t be a session on the 1st July.

Entry fees:

£450 (incl. VAT) includes:

  • 11 hours of group coaching

  • 2 x 1 hour personalised 1-2-1 coaching sessions with your chosen coach*

* You can opt out of the personalised coaching for the entry fee of £325 (incl. VAT), although delegates find the coaching is a useful part of the process; It helps them to build greater self awareness, accountability and make additional progress.

**UK participants only. If you are outside the UK you will need to buy your own copy of the book from your local Amazon site (eBook £7.99 and paperback £12.99 equivalent costs).

On each programme we offer one place at a reduced fee for those in challenging circumstances. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss this with us.
